Galvanizing Waste

LES conducted a field engineering study for the recovery of chromium and zinc from tin coated steel and electrogalvanizing (zinc) coil lines. A 0.25 gpm pilot system was located on the customer's production floor. Study verified that the ENVIRO-CLEAN PROCESS could recover the above mentioned metals and eliminate over $1,000,000 per year in hazardous waste disposal. Lewis Environmental Services, Inc provide the field equipment, technician support, and issued a final report.
