Metal Plating
LES provided a 10 gpm mobile heavy metal recovery unit to process electroless
nickel plating waste
solution. 45 drums of concentrated nickel waste were treated
on-site with pH adjustment and carbon
adsorption. LES supplied the two (2) 1,000 gallon treatment tanks,
feed system and two (2) 300
pound carbon adsorbers. The effluent from the carbon system was
less than 1.0 mg/l and legally
discharged to the sewer.
